i cant get my thoughts to start flowing so here's a copy and paste article for JC2s out there.

REMEDIES for Dark cicles under eyes

1. Sleep eight hours a night (this is so IMPOSSIBLE). Sleep is essential for the body, and especially for those with dark circles under their eyes.

2. Gently massage saffron or almond oil on the dark circles before going to bed.
Do not leave any creams on the skin around the eyes for long periods, 30 minutes is considered long!

3. Dip cotton pads in fig juice, rosewater, or cold milk. Lie down with your feet raised higher than your head, then place the wet pads on your closed eyes. Stay that way for 10 minutes. (too troublesome..what has feet got to do w eye rings?)

4. Cover your eyes with slices of raw potato or cucumber and leave for 15 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream, preferably a cream to get rid of the dark circles under the eyes. (whipcream? hehe)

5. Apply almond oil on the black circles under eyes and leave for 10 minutes. Almond is very good for the skin.

remedy no6 by me: EAT LOTSA ALMOND. (im not sure if its gonna work. since almond seems to be the preferred food fr the article)

pls tell me if you've tried the above methods and it WORKED
any damage to health or anything related is nomb (dont tell me u donno whats nomb. well thats nomb too.)

and i still donno what to blog about yet.. so heres another one.

Cramp remedy #1
If you have dill pickle juice on hand, drink a half cup when you feel a cramp coming or as soon as it strikes.

Cramp remedy #2
One heaping teaspoon of salt in water (half to one glass) will relief the cramps. (will i get kidney failure liddat?)

Cramp remedy #3
Take a hotpack or a waterbottle and fill it up with very hot water. Place it on the place where you're having cramps and leave it there until the pain goes away.

Cramp remedy #4
Make sure your calcium (milk, yogart) intake is good. Eat 2 cups of Yogart a day and you will not have cramps when your monthly period comes. If you don't like Yogurt take a calcium supplement. (i drink milk everyday and still have it)

Cramp remedy #5
Bring water to a boil with three tablespoons of oregano (whats that?). Leave in the pot and continue to boil for five minutes. After that strain and drink as tea. You will feel very well the whole day



ive got my 1st motivation to work harder.. fr ms yau. :D i know this sound extremely childish but i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT WHEN MS YAU PUTS STICKERS ON MY MATH TESTS. that makes me wanna work harder. NOTE: for math only and to go for her consultation. eh.. ms agnes had also put sticker on my gp test b4.. but my gp results are so unpredictable.
i try to work harder for ms choong's pen smiles last time but after mr neo came...
for mrs huang...i can only thank her for not putting me off.
i'll work harder for math afterall, math isnt all that bad. in fact its alrite. :)

theres nth interesting to blog.
