apples v coffee
Apples do contain caffeine & at the same time refreshes the body. thats why its recommended that apples are taken in the morning to awaken the body.
So, its advisable to indulge in apples rather than drink coffee which can be addictive. Besides, its highly fibrous and vitamin-packed.

to prevent the juice fr dripping onto ur bks, slice the apples first before consumption.
