So with 152 people who has already died from the virus, i cant believe the WHO doesnt want to put the notice to alert RED.

If you still rem '03 SARS outbreak, when china has reached around 100+ ppl who died from the virus, the WHO quickly discourage visitors fr going there, ban imports....

SO thats the treatment (i.e. still treat it as only an alert. President Obama said to treat it as an alert but not a Concern) they get when a Western nation become the centre of this spread of killer-virus.

Everybody KNows if we ban visitors entering and locals leaving Mexico NOW, the whole world can reduce casualties.
oh. but banning mexico would greatly affect their tourism and economy.

all i can say is, things would be treated differently if china was the cause of this spread.
