the problem with shoes... go barefoot.

i slipped and 'fell' today.
at the staircase.
the 2nd to the last step. so thank god. =D
u know what? i actually had this this this kinda feeling to tell me to be careful and not slip on the stairs before i actually slipped and fell on my butt. this strange feeling suddenly came to me like 2secs before i slipped.

it just increases my phobia of staircases. that's suppose to be a secret. but ive decided to say it. if you're observant enough, u would see that i've always tried to stay close to the handle bar beside the stairs.

the first time such unfortunate mishap that happened to me was in sec2 (that is as far back as i can recall) at the overhead bridge leading to qtss. yes. that LONG flight of staircase and i was at the top of the stairs. the stairs were slippery as it was raining and being careless i slipped. but THANK GOD my bag was heavy enough to fall BACK instead front. if not...i would have hurt myself pretty badly. a broken arm or leg. worse, my spine.

this year, after changing to that nike causal sneakers, i slipped twice, all in NY. im not sure whether it is me or my shoes. coz after that first incident i dont recall slipping. i had on my trusty LA gear shoe (if you recall it's the blue one)

im seriously having a fear of walking down the staircase. espec on rainy days.
and i have to thank my lucky starS that i havent hurt myself from all that slipping and fall on my butt.

are there any shoes that are slip-free?
tennis shoes?
ok.. boots are out.
"spikes prevent the shoes being slippery".

im going to wear my sports shoe during this rainy season.
and im not accident prone.
